Hello all,

I grew up in Greenville County, SC. I served in the US Air Force. I earned two degrees from Greenville Tech before transferring to the University of Maryland at College Park. While at UMD I two undergraduate degrees, one in Public Health, the other in Family Science. My Masters in Education degree was earned from Southern New Hampshire University. I am currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration, a DBA, from North Central University. 

I have been a General Notary since November 2018. General Notary work includes notarizing documents like a civil union,  power of attorney, adoption paperwork, name change forms, etc. In addition to General Notary work I am also a Loan Signing Agent, Field Inspector, and Notary Permit Runner. A Loan Signing Agent assists with real estate closings. A Field Inspector takes photos of real estate and other property for mortgage, insurance, and other financial institutions. As a Notary Permit Runner I assist contractors with obtaining the necessary permits so that they can do what they do best: build.
